Dear sirs,
| |
Our VACUDEST® celebrates anniversary. 25 years ago it started as newcomer and trailblazer for a new type of waste water treatment systems. In the meantime the VACUDEST® technology is standard for the processing of industrial process waste water in the metal processing industry.
| |
What is the reason?
A simple question, by far not easy to answer. The combination of process security and operators comfort might have contributed to the VACUDEST®s’ success in the same way as the productive effectiveness of the technology.
The VACUDEST® success story is a reason to celebrate, not only for us. In 25 years our customers processed about 10 million m³ industrial waste water. In doing so they saved a one years demand of drinking water of all private German households. Due to the reduction of disposal cost most of the VACUDEST® systems already earned many times of the respective investment cost; thus they are a money-spinner for our customers. |

The leading technology for the processing of industrial process waste water celebrates ¼-century market presence
| |
When 25 years ago the idea was born to use vacuum pumps as the heart peace of a new compact vacuum distillation system no one of the people involved thought that this would be the root of a complete new economic sector and a complete new waste water treatment process. From the roots back in 1986 when the first rough steps have been made a professional product emerged, fulfilling even high requirements. In ... |

Treatment of salt containing rinsing water from hardening and tempering using most modern technology
| |
Quenching salt containing rinsing water from hardening and tempering plants are not allowed to disposed of into the public sewer system since it is water polluting. Two processes have been used until recently to treat such water. One is the chemical treatment. The alternative process is atmospherical evaporation of the brine. Both processes are not contemporary any more. VACUDEST® vacuum distillation systems allow treatment of rinsing water from hardening and tempering in state of the art plants. No other process is as feasible and efficient, creating a zero liquid discharge production ...
