Centrifuges
are used for the separation of particles and sludge
from degreasing, phosphatising and picking baths,
as well as the care of cooling lubricant circulations.
The highest reliability, the lack of any auxillary substances
as well as the resulting minimal operational costs are
features of these systems.
Operation industrial
water is led to the centrifuge via bypass. Due to the centrifugal
force, resulting from the high speed, heavy particles are transported
to the exterior edge of the rotating basket.
The cleaned liquid is returned to the process bath. If the centrifuge
basket is filled with fastened slime it is manually or automatically
emptied
