Application:   
Rinsing water following an electrolyte tin plating (acid electrolyte)

Ingredients:
Tin sulfate, alkylsulfon acid, polishing agent

Description:
The rinsing water quality following tin plating is of especially great importance for further process steps like a good solderability. There must be a low conductivity to be able to ensure a clean surface of the work piece.

A continual processing of the rinsing water through the VACUDEST® vacuum distillation process makes rinsing water of the desired high quality available.

A processing of the electrolyte itself is not economically sensible because of the salt concentration.

Practical experience:
Practical experience in continuous operation shows that a 100 % recycling and circulation process of the rinsing water leads to optimal cleaning results. Through the high quality of the distillate we receive also optimal rinsing results.
