| Application: | Washing and rinsing water from parts
or motor cleaning, steam jet cleaning or washing units |
||
| Ingredients: | Cleaner consisting of alkaline, surface active agents,
additive, oil, abrasion, waste |
||
| Description: | The cleaning of mechanically
treated parts, motors, warehouses etc. gives rise to washing and rinsing
waters, that cannot be led into the sewage system without treatment.
Through the treatment of the rinsing water with the VACUDEST® process, the distillate can be
re-used as rinsing water in a closed circulation. In the case of the exchanging
of a washing bath, this can be treated by the VACUDEST® and the distillate
can also be re-used. When planning the unit, it has to be investigated
as to whether the evaporation unit can be made more profitable by adding
a skimmer to the VACUDEST® for the filtering of free oils and/or a
belt filter for the filtering of particles. In contrast to conventional
treatment, the addition of calcium hydroxide or splitting materials is
not required for the waste water treatment. The treatment of washing and
rinsing water with the VACUDEST® procedure results in an almost salt,
heavy metal and germ free distillate for re-use. Waste water treatment
using extra chemicals, as well as a legal water permit is not required
with the VACUDEST®. |

| Practical experience: | The distillation of washing and rinsing water results
in the achievement of a invariably high water quality. The re-use of the
distillate as washing and rinsing water results in a closed water cycle
as well as a reduction in water consumption and waste disposal costs. |
