| Application: | Process and cycle water from vibratory
grinding units |
||||
| Ingredients: | Compounds, complex creators, surface active agents,
abrasion |
||||
| Description: | Small pieces in particular
are often deburred, i.e. polished, in vibratory grinding units. In this
process, process waters contaminated with compounds and abrasion accumulate.
These must be either expensively disposed of or treated. Often, the vibratory
grinding water is treated with a centrifuge for the extension of the
life time. In spite of this, in many cases, the desired standing times
can not be achieved - particularly when oils from the previous treatment
processes are imported. Via the VACUDEST® vacuum distillation process, not only is a vital
standing time extension achieved, but there is also the possibility of
directing the cleaned water back into the cycle. For only via the VACUDEST® process
with direct vapour compression is germ and salt-free distillate of high
quality available for circulation. |

| Practical experience: | Removed impurities such as
salts, metals, but also accumulated abrasion and oils are removed from
the process water during treatment in the VACUDEST®. In addition, external disposal of rinsing
water, in addition to the fresh water usage is significantly reduced. Through
investment in the VACUDEST® process, disposal are significantly reduced
and the distillate can be, in comparison to conventional treatment technology
(e. g. splitting units), be re-used in a closed cycle. |
