The latest technology for low temperature vacuum distillation units. Instead of direct vapour compression a second circulation with refrigeration agents (heat pump) is used. The evaporation occurs in vacuum at approx. 25 mbar and 30°C.
The VACUDEST® WPV evaporator distinguish itself by the creation of circulable water quality, a fully automatic mode of operation and a low energy consumption of 150Wh/l.

In many processes of the electroplating, chemicals and food industries the media are not allowed to be distilled at a high temperature because the contents may be damaged or chemical reactions could occur.
We developed the VACUDEST® WPV range for these purposes.

All VACUDEST® systems are equipped for unattended fully automatic continuous operation.
All processes are controlled internally and major operating parameters are displayed.
Other advantages include:
• patented high-capacity separator for optimum quality of the distillate
• patented automatic adjustment to varying wast water concentration
• no rotating parts in the contaminated section
• Quickstart replaces electrical start-up heater for quicker heating to operating temperature
