Customer Satisfaction at H2O far above average
Since 2004, H2O customers will get interviewed regularly concerning customer-satisfaction. In 2005 H2O received the mark 1.6 from their customers on a scale from 1 (best) to 6 (worst). In 2009 we could keep this mark and have been judged with 1.7 by our customers in a respective survey. However we won’t rest on our laurels, we will try to serve you even better!
