In March H2O presented their evaporation systems and their smart ideas for clean water at the exhibition EUROGUSS in Nürnberg and Paint Expo in Karlsruhe. With the VACUDEST® evaporation system, mid-sized companies can so reduce their amount of waste water as well as the disposal costs by 90%. Waste water free manufacturing which is possible thanks to the circuitry of the distillate saves an extensive amount of fresh water. The evaporator VACUDEST® for the treatment of cooling lubricants, die- casting emulsions, process water from surface treatment and degreasing water which allows a fully automatic cost saving treatment has been produced at H2O GmbH in Steinen, Germany for over 20 years.

With the VACUDEST® you can treat waste waters from 100m³ / year without the use of chemicals and are able to reuse the distillate. With the innovative ClearCat® technology, which is integrated in the VACUDEST, you receive crystal clear virtually oil free distillate with a hydrocarbon rate that is below the legal barrier. At the same time, the COD will be reduced by 50% compared to conventional distillates. The VACUDEST® ClearCat® does not need any help function and is available in sizes 90 to 2.000 l/h.
