Water based die casting emulsions and cooling lubricants are used in the production of the foundry and die casting industry and have to be regularly changed or costly disposed due to ageing or contamination. H2O gives you the possibility to treat them economically with the vacuum distillation system called VACUDEST®.
With the evaporator VACUDEST®, the H2O Company is a world-wide expert for the treatment and recycling of industrial waste water. H2O will be pleased to welcome you at the GIFA exhibition in Düsseldorf from 12th June until 16th June 2007. The vacuum distillation unit VACUDEST® can treat many kinds of process water like cooling emulsions, washing and rinsing water, casting emulsions, etc. automatically and at reasonable cost (short pay-back time). Moreover H2O has just been launched the new development ClearCat®, which provides an even higher quality of clear distillate. While the most vacuum distillation still gives an unsatisfactory distillate new the ClearCat® provides an incredible clear one.
The VACUDEST® has many advantages:
- It can treat many kinds of waste water
- It needs low energy
- It includes a self-cleaning system: ActivePowerClean system
- It provides a crystal clear distillate thanks to the last development ClearCat®
As the VACUDEST® gives a very high quality of distillate (neither salt nor heavy metal), it is then possible to rout the distillate back into the production cycle and reuse it. You don’t need specific authorization for the draining into the sewage system any longer and can also save fresh water. The VACUDEST® has a range of performance from 20 litres per hour up to 2.400 litres per hour. H2O is certificated according to ISO 9001: 2000.
The areas of application of the H2O units for waste water treatment include the processing and circulation of:
• Drilling and cutting and die casting emulsions
• Waste water from casting with / without glycol
• Degreasing water
• Waste water from hardening shop
• Waste water from steel pickling
• Waste water from surface treatment
• Wash and rinse water
