During surface treatment by way of, e.g. hardening, pickling or vibratory grinding, large amounts of polluted and chemical contaminated waste waters accumulate.
These must either be expensively disposed of or treated. We offer complete process water circulation units from the installation to process layout in our laboratory, the projecting, delivery, commissioning, service and operator training.

Via the VACUDEST® process, wash and rinse waters are distilled and directed back into the process. In this manner, a completely closed waste-water-free system is established.
Only the highly concentrated
residual substances must be disposed of externally.
